Welcome to our cozy and unique Caveroom in Quezon City, a rustic retreat situated in a converted basement that resembles a charming firehouse residence with red bricks and a showroom display of famous PlayStation 5 action figures. Located near Camp Crame, the Caveroom is close to key areas such as Araneta City, Robinsons Magnolia, and Greenhills Shopping Center.

Parking

• On-site parking for up to 2 vehicles only.
• For additional vehicles, guests may arrange nearby paid parking independently.

House Guidelines

Cleanliness

• Clean as you go.
• Wash any used dishes and dispose of trash in designated bins before check-out.

Noise & Karaoke

• Keep volume low during nighttime hours out of respect for neighbors.
• Karaoke is not permitted after 11:59 PM.

Guest Capacity

• Maximum 8 guests for overnight stays.
• For more than 8 pax, please talk to our agent at info@khawahospitality.com.

Keys & Security

• Main door keys available upon request.
• CCTV cameras operate in common areas for security.
• Lost key fee: ₱800.

Late Check-Out

• Subject to availability.
• ₱1,500 late check-out fee 

Payments & Cancellations

• Payment Terms: 50% downpayment to confirm; full payment 3 days before check-in.
• Cancellation: No refunds unless force majeure.
• Rebooking: Changing of schedule is only allowed 1 week before booking date, unless forced majeure.
• Please note that a 12% VAT charge will be applied to the total booking cost for guests requiring a formal Service Invoice. Alternatively, an Acknowledgment Receipt can be provided free of charge upon request.
