Tropical Poolhouse QC accommodates up to 20 guests, with a private outdoor, unheated pool exclusive to your booking, a basic kitchen for cooking, an outdoor grill, and karaoke equipment.   • The 20-person limit cannot be exceeded.

• Parking: 2 cars on-site

• Pets: Allowed; must wear diapers and be supervised at all times

• Amenities: Private outdoor, unheated swimming pool; karaoke equipment available during your overnight stay, subject to quiet hours.

Your Group’s Overnight Stay

Bring your family or barkada together for a private overnight stay. Intimate gatherings require prior coordination and must follow the noise curfew. Weddings, receptions, prenuptial shoots and other full events require separate approval before booking. We do not offer day tours or standalone daytime-use packages.

Parking

• On-site parking for up to 2 vehicles only.

• For additional vehicles, guests may arrange nearby paid parking independently.

House Guidelines

Cleanliness

• Clean as you go.

• Wash any used dishes and dispose of trash in designated bins before check-out.

Air Conditioning (Living Room Unit)

• The floor-mounted air conditioning in the living room is included in your stay, with no separate aircon fee.

• This also applies to 1-night stays.

Noise & Karaoke

• Keep the volume low from 11:00 PM.

• No loud music or videoke after 11:59 PM (city noise ordinance).

Guest Capacity

• Maximum 20 people at any time, including children and day visitors.

• The rate covers up to 10 guests. Each additional guest or day visitor is charged ₱500 per person per night. Day visitors require prior coordination, and the total headcount must remain within 20.

Keys & Security

• Main door keys available upon request.

• CCTV cameras operate in common areas for security.

• Lost key fee: ₱800.

Late Check-Out

• Subject to availability.

• ₱1,500 late check-out fee; latest possible check-out is 12:00 NN.

Payments & Cancellations

• Payment Terms: 50% downpayment to confirm; full payment 3 days before check-in.

• Cancellation: No refunds unless force majeure.

• Rebooking: Changing of schedule is only allowed 1 week before booking date, unless forced majeure.

• Please note that a 12% VAT charge will be applied to the total booking cost for guests requiring a formal Service Invoice. Alternatively, an Acknowledgment Receipt can be provided free of charge upon request.
