Guest Capacity  

1. Maximum Occupancy: The property accommodates up to 20 guests overnight,
2. Total Allowed on Premises: Including visiting guests, the maximum is 20 people.
3. Extra Guest Fee: A charge of PHP 500 per additional guest.
4. Exceeding Limit: Please contact us if you anticipate more than 20 people.
5. Guest Count Accuracy: Report the correct number of guests when booking.

Parking Facilities:

• Available Parking: Space for up to two vehicles only

House Guidelines:

• Cleanliness Policy:
  • Adhere to a "Clean As You Go" practice.
  • Wash dishes and dispose of trash in designated areas before checkout.
• Noise Control:
  • Observe nighttime quiet hours to respect neighbors.
  • Karaoke not permitted post-11:59 pm.
• Key Handling:
  • Keys available upon request.
  • Property under CCTV surveillance for security.
  • Lost keys incur an PHP 800 fee.
• Late Checkout:
  • Available for PHP 1500.
  • Latest checkout by 12 noon.
• Pet Accommodation:
  • Pets are welcome but must wear diapers.
  • Pets are restricted to the pool area to protect furniture.
  • Any pet-related damages will be charged accordingly.
• Time Extension:
  • Unfortunately, checkout extensions are not possible.
  • We must adhere strictly to the set checkout time to prepare for the next guests.
